Welcome to USATrailShop! Because every item in our shop is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order, we operate a bit differently than traditional retail stores. Please review our policy below to ensure you have the best possible experience.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our gear! If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly step in and make it right by sending you a free replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include a clear photo showing the damage or misprint.

Once verified, we will immediately process a free replacement or a refund—and you don't even need to mail the defective item back.
Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse Because our apparel is custom-made to order, we do not keep a warehouse of printed inventory on shelves. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you accidentally order the wrong size.

To ensure you get the perfect fit the first time, please carefully review the detailed size chart located in the image gallery of every product before placing your order.
Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses If your tracking information shows that your package was lost in transit, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.

Please note: If a package cannot be delivered because an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, or if the carrier successfully marks the package as "Delivered" to the correct address, we cannot issue a refund or free replacement.
